First of all, crystal by definition contains lead oxide, it is what gives it the sparkle.
Second, glass is used to encase toxic material for safety.
Third, the only tests that ever showed any leaching of lead from crystal glassware involved putting acid wine in glasses and keeping there for over a month. And the amounts were tiny. This led to a recommendation that lead decanters should not be used for storing wine, but they weren’t supposed to be used that way anyway.
The risk from hanging a Swarovski crystal against your skin non-stop for a month, which I doubt you are going to do, is so close to nil that almost every other source of lead, including pollution in the atmosphere, touching old paint jobs and handling stained glass, will be higher.
